The curated, traveling marketplace was fashioned in 2009 out of love of Indonesia’s budding fashion scene and its crop of young design talents, with wild success – the last installment drew a mind-numbing 45,000 crowd. So when the creative heads behind Brightspot decided to translate the brand into a physical store, The Goods Department was born, quickly cementing its place as Jakarta’s must-go-to chic stop.

I dont know about you, but periodically, I go out to get pedicures, and I always sit under the fan for the ten minutes they tell me to for the polish to dry (the polish that promises to quick dry in three minutes). I pay the extra dollar for the quick dry solution and carefully tiptoe home in flip flops. And it looks great. B
